One direction lipstick review

As you may know one direction have brought out a makeup range with mua which is sold in superdrug in the uk so I got all of the lipsticks and I'm going to review them for you

So first there's nialls lipstick called moments which is a subtle nude colour with a slight frost finnish to it

Next is Louis lipstick called rock me which is a pink/lilac

Harry's lipstick was called be mine and is
a deep red

Zayns lipstick is called I wish and is a pink like a Barbie pink

Finally liams lipstick is called I want and is a red/orange colour with a frost finnish

All the lipsticks are very pigmented especially liams and Harry's but they all are and they are soft and nourishing on the lips

the only downfall is that the lipsticks have a 1D symbol on the top oh the lipstick and it goes after the first use which is quite annoying but obviously that doesn't effect the product at all.

The lipsticks are only £3 each so £15 for the set and it is defiantly worth it even if you aren't that big a fan of one direction the quality of these are really good for the price and are really nice colours too the photos don't show up how good they are or shows the pigmentation very much but it gives you an idea of the colours

Rommel wake me up foundation review

So this foundation is raved about everywhere so it was about time I tried it mine is in the lightest shade which is 100 ivory. I usually use the mac studio sculpt so it is a lighter coverage on comparison but I do like the coverage on this foundation as paired with a good concealer it gives a really nice finnish, the foundation smells nice itself which isn't a major smelling point but makes your skin smell quite nice and not just like make up when you go out.
The foundation is quite a summery foundation as it has a slight shimmer to it so if you don't like that this is not for you but in summer it's nice to look a bit more glowing I think and as it's rimmel it is very in expensive and for such a high quality it's more than worth it so recommend this foundation for everyone and it can be made more matt with a matt compressed powder like rimmel stay matt or any other so it's very versatile

Rimmel scandal eyes mascara

I originally got it because a friend of mine kept telling me how pleased she was with it and told me that I would really like the rimmel scandal eyes mascara so I was sold and bought myself one, I wasn't overly thrilled by the big bright chunky packaging and thought it looked a bit childish like it was a big colouring pen or something but I tried it anyway expecting great things but I was very much disappointed, the applicator seemed too big and every time I tried to put it on I would end up getting black marks near my eyes from the wand, the formula seemed very thick and made my eye lashes clump together and weigh down a lot and overall I was disappointed with it but recently another friend was telling me how great it was so I dug mine out from the back of a draw and tried it again, the formula still seems overly thick and clumpy but if I spend a bit of time removing the excess off the applicator it works quite well and makes my lashes really thick with little black under my eyes thought the day, lots of other people seem to really enjoy this mascara so I'm not sure if it was just the one that I picked up that wasn't right I'm not sure but it does seem like quite a good mascara, I wouldn't purchase it again though.

Soap and glory 'glow better' self tan

So I'm really pale and I never seem to tan so in the summer I do like to put a bit of self tan on to add a bit of colour back to my skin, I have tried so many different types of self tanning lotions and I came across soap and glory's sun powder spray so I decided to give it a go because it sounded a bit different, once I sprayed it I thought it would end up far too dark from the colour that came out but once it's rubbed in using hands (or if you don't want it on your hands you can use a mitt but it washes off anyway) it blended in really nicely and didn't look too dark on me which many do and because it blends so well it suits a really big range of skin tones, I've had mine for a good few months now and it doesn't seem to be anywhere near finishing since I only use a small amount and a little bit can go quite a way with this. So if you're like me and can't find a good self tan anywhere or if you aren't very good at putting it on I'd definitely recommend this!
